The Junior Achievement Leadership Debates Series

The JA Leadership Debate series is a new, unique and exciting programme designed by Junior Achievement of Trinidad and Tobago.
This will focus on the development of leadership and debate skills. The programme will see the rise of debate teams in schools to an unprecedented level. Our debate programme will encourage critical thinking, the development of research skills and problem solving skills; it will also promote dispute resolution in our youth. Students will acquire unique educational benefits as they learn and polish skills far beyond what can be learnt in any other setting.

The first annual debate competition was launched in May of 2017 and the actual competition will begin late October and continue annually.
The final debate is scheduled for 29th November, Central Bank Auditorium.
